All new septic systems and existing system renovations start with a percolation test, usually
called a perc test. Perc testing is the procedure that involves analyzing and testing the native
soil in the area of the proposed SAS (Soil Absorption System) for soil type and permeability
rates. This information is needed by the engineer or sanitarian to design the new SAS
accordingly.

We offer complete perc testing service for our customers which provides the convenience of a
single point of contact eliminating the need to coordinate between the local board of health, a
soil evaluator, and an excavating contractor.
